: American Apocalypse: Anxious for Armageddon?  In this brief article, Christian Zionism expert, Stephen Sizer describes the basic rationale behind the Christian Zionist movement that is so powerful in dictating American policy toward Israel.  He then argues against this interpretation of the Bible and asserts that "Dispensational Christian Zionism provides a theological justification for racism and ethnic cleansing, rather than a theology of justice, peace and reconciliation which lie at the heart of the New Covenant."

Jeff Halper: Rethinking Israel After Sixty Years - In this article, Jeff Halper tells us that 60 Years of Israel should be more a time for "sober reflection and reevaluation than celebration."  Israel is an occupying power, in an ongoing conflict, but many are willing to set this reality aside during celebrations, accepting lip service toward creating a two-solution as adequate progress.  However, Halper argues that the Israeli settlements, bypass roads, and other "facts on the ground" have made a two state solution nonviable.  Israel has backed itself into a corner, with two feasible options, a bi-national state where both people share the land, or an Israeli controlled apartheid state.

Jeff Halper's "Born to Demolish"
“Born to Demolish” was written by ICAHD’s Director, Jeff Halper, after he was arrested on 3 April at the site of the demolition of the Hamdan family home in Anata. Jeff was shocked to hear one of the border police boast about on how he loves demolishing homes and when he wakes up in the morning he is “hungry to demolish homes”
